10mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 3/8" Upper Male Coupling, For Use with 3-Jaw Jacobs Chuck. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck. Male Upper Coupling is 3/8". Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 6in Diameter, Fits 25.4mm Shaft Size, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 25.4mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 45¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft.
